ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product roadmap for Azure Copilot and agentic experiences in the Azure Portal, as well as for related Microsoft surfaces (GitHub, VS Code, M365).Partner with user research to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviors, and expectations.Translate insights into intelligent, accessible, and scalable product features that improve customer satisfaction and reduce friction.Champion responsible AI principles and ensure ethical, secure, and inclusive AI experiences.Define and track key experience metrics (e.g., task completion, satisfaction, NPS, latency).Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement.Lead customer engagements and feedback loops to refine and evolve agentic experiences. | |
