Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is undergoing a transformation re-establishing itself as a quality provider of efficient and effective services to the whole of National Grid. EBS is overhauling several end-to-end processes to deliver a quality service to its internal users (i.e., Business Units) and external customers and suppliers globally. The Time Systems Sr. Administrator is responsible for day-to-day system configuration, ongoing testing, and improvements for HR & Payroll applications, working within the HR and Payroll Technology Team, alongside Global Product Owners, with responsibility for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Learning modules and other integrated applications. Primary responsibility for one or more SuccessFactors modules (dependent on experience) with cross training requirements to support other designated modules and integrated applications. This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
