Summary

Assists Director as necessary to plan, schedule and oversee all general and preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility and to assure optimal operating conditions by coordinating shutdowns, initiating repairs, and recommending improvements. Plans work, performs diversified and involved operations to install, repair, replace and test systems in accordance with code requirements and manufacturers recommendations. Maintains all general duty requirements of other technician's roles, with ability to be utilized as multi-skilled technician to repair or resolve situations. Acts as a mentor to technicians to help them remain knowledgeable on their job expectations and performance skills needed for job functions.
