JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain & invoice rental returns in line with all policies & procedures of the Rental Division.
  • Work with the operations managers to address any gaps.
  • Provide backup support for the operations team within the department to ensure the successful execution of that job during absence of coordinator or in time of higher than usual business volume.
  • Assist operations team in managing insurance certificates, updating rental contracts, rental credits, etc.
  • Establish and process all invoices correctly in line with Insurance coverage, correct misc. charges and special customer agreements.
  • Organization and prioritizing of short-term and long-term tasks along with the proper follow-up.
  • Review of Call off tiles to confirm machines are returned and able to be invoiced.
  • Agreements missing customer signatures for follow up and completion.
  • Review Batch Errors tile to clean up issues so invoices can be processed.
  • Assist operations with management of the Rental Workspace as a whole.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in equipment rental or customer service industry and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM systems.
