Pay: $22.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Monitor and inspect machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
  • Identify and resolve safety, process, or quality issues promptly
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
  • Perform quality control sampling of raw, in-process, and finished materials
  • Assist in troubleshooting and support plant personnel as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
  • Cross-train for other operator responsibilities across departments



What You Bring:



  • Prior machine operating experience
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
