$144,000.00-$180,000.00 The Regional Director of Endoscopy Services will be responsible for all Endoscopy business, financial and clinical operations across the New York City Region. This is inclusive of the GI Suites at Moses, Weiler, Wakefield, and Mount Vernon. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our endoscopy units including personnel management, patient care, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance. The Regional Director of Endoscopy Services should have a strong background in gastroenterology, be comfortable making high-level decisions, and be capable of ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all endoscopy suites. Additionally, this individual is responsible for overseeing and expanding the Patient Navigator Program - a direct referral program that screens colonoscopies.
Education Required Level: Master's Degree.
Length of Work Experience Required: 5 years.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and protocols
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
Experience in gastroenterology is preferred
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft software.
