To be successful, you should possess:
- A High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM; basic proficiency with computers and software applications.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and quickly learn program structures and procedures.
Your responsibilities as the Patient Coordinator will include:
- Respond to incoming referrals, verify demographic and insurance information, and assess the organization’s ability to meet patient needs.
- Establish delivery schedules, consult with patients and caregivers to determine their supply needs, and submit the required paperwork for physician approval.
- Follow up with physicians for completed paperwork, secure insurance authorizations, and document all interactions per policy.
- Communicate with referral sources, patients, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide alternative resources when needed.
- Conduct courtesy follow-ups, participate in training, and ensure compliance with company policies and values.
