Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday (weekend flexibility required)

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually (direct hire)

What You'll Do



  • Lead & Mentor: Supervise daily inbound/outbound, storage, and shipping activities; train, evaluate, and schedule warehouse staff.
  • Drive Performance: Conduct shift briefings, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Verify order accuracy, inspect shipments for damage, and resolve logistics issues promptly.
  • Maintain Safety & Equipment: Enforce safe equipment operation, schedule maintenance, and track repairs.
  • Utilize Technology: Leverage WMS (Davinci preferred) and Microsoft Office suite for reporting, workflows, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with HR on disciplinary actions, handle timekeeping and payroll coordination, and document project scope changes.
  • Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO guidelines, and customer requirements.



What You'll Bring



  • Experience: 5+ years in warehouse/logistics operations, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Forklift certification; proficiency in WMS (Davinci preferred) and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong organizational, multitasking, and decisionmaking skills; excellent communicator at all levels.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, and work around moving machinery in varied temperatures.
