Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Welder to perform difficult and specialized Mig, Tig and Auto welding operations in accordance with quality standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:




  • Perform complex Mig, Tig and Auto operations on various metals.



  • Plan and select welding procedures to obtain maximum weld strength and alignment on critical new, repair, or specialty work of precision tools, jigs, fixtures and maintenance needs.



  • Fit and position parts.



  • Assist in the design of new fixtures, processes and procedures.



  • Assist the Welder Coordinator to process work through the hand welding area on a timely basis.



  • Work from drawings and job specifications.



  • Operate conventional and precision measuring instruments throughout welding area.



  • Maintain all welding equipment.



  • Perform all the duties of the Welder.



  • Maintain a neat and orderly work environment following the 5S standards.


  • Work with coordinator/supervisor to help with training of employees within the welding area.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.




Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 4 year's of hand, spot, tig and mig welding experience.
