How does this role contribute to our collective success?

The People Operations Associate manages employee onboarding and offboarding processes globally, ensuring the effective execution of employee life cycle activities while providing operational support across Human Resources to meet organizational goals.

What will you do in this role?

* Manage HCM (Workday) tasks and workflows for global Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
* Provide operational support to employees, managers and HR team on processes and Workday functionalities.
* Complete employee data transactions and monitor business processes within Workday to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
* Perform audits and assessments to confirm data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
* Develop and maintain procedure documentation and facilitate end-user training for operational processes as needed.
* Manage external vendor relationships to guarantee seamless delivery of people services in line with program expectations and service level agreements.
* Lead operational improvement initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally across HR to enhance hire-to-retire processes and streamline workflows.
* Stay updated on HR trends and best (next) practices to enhance operational efficiency for automating processes and improving user experience through digitalization.
* Participate in project/enhancement testing and ongoing Workday release testing activities.
* Take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

What you need to have:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar role
* Strong proficiency with HCM systems, preferably Workday
* Exceptional organizational, accuracy skills and ability to manage sensitive employee information.
* Service-focused with the ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
* Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What we offer:

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $90,000 - $95,000. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your
specific experience and work location.

In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on
overall corporate and individual performance. On top of this, you will be eligible for a comprehensive
and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family, health and
wellness programs, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and much more.
Where this role is based in the United States of America, this role is Exempt for FLSA
purposes.
