The ideal candidate will have a hunger for answers, humility, an understanding of the science powering their decisions, and presentation skills to communicate their findings. The impact of our work empowers non-profit and public-sector organizations whose goals are to help those who need it most, and our products must live up to those lofty ideals every day. The Data Science role will be responsible for developing analytics and predictive models to support the capabilities in our platform on which the organizations build their service delivery models and raise funds. Understanding our CBO clients' delivery models/fundraising and supporting processes in order to determine how our software can empower those processes will be critical to our success. You will play a leading role in executing on the long-term analytic vision for the company, with a strong focus on optimizing the user experience and outcomes for our enterprise-level software. Compensation The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. US Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 Please note that the compensation range and benefits specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States.
