We're currently looking for: The RingCentral Carrier Sales Business Development Solutions Engineer (BDSE) is a technical pre-sales specialist, responsible for partnering with Service Providers organizations to help Service Providers with onboarding to the RingCentral platform and building and expanding their service offering with RingCentral. A BDSE should have in-depth knowledge on the entire RingCentral Ecosystem and its APIs. including other UCaaS solutions, Legacy voice, data networking, and security. Primary responsibilities include Service Provider technical business development, service provider technical relationship management and service enablement and training. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to supporting SE collaborative teams, managing service provider feature requests and documenting for product team, lab testing, and continued education on the platform and underlying technologies.
