This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As a Manufacturing Network Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling smart, sustainable growth by supporting strategic decisions on the expansion of our critical infrastructure. This position is integral to our Global Supply Chain Team, focusing on optimizing Blue Origin's manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities Include but aren't limited to:

  • Analyze the company's facilities footprint and develop strategies to optimize location, cost, risk, and overall service levels.
  • Model facility, machine, and workforce utilization, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain capacity vs. demand curves, highlighting constraints and forecasting future needs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams to ensure capacity aligns with demand.
  • Provide expert insights into plant capabilities and constraints to inform process and layout decisions.
  • Map, analyze, and optimize manufacturing process flows and precedence networks.
  • Model and evaluate trade-offs between facility locations, factoring in transportation, risk, accessibility, and labor market considerations.
  • Present data-driven recommendations that balance cost savings with operational performance and future growth.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to align facilities strategy with business needs.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term capacity planning efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Engineering, Supply Chain, related field or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in facilities planning, operations analysis, production planning or plant operations.
  • Proficiency in spatial analysis, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and production constraints.
  • Experience with process mapping, lean tools, and constraint analysis.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with aerospace manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $130,518.00-$182,724.15
