Who We Are ...

The Senior Manager, CNA Program Oversight, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of and contributing to the strategic direction of key functional areas that support SourceAmerica successfully meeting customer requirements of a CNA. This position is a key contributor to the continual improvement of internal systems including processes, data systems development/maintenance, reporting, trends analysis and data-driven recommendations. The Senior Manager is directly responsible for two functional teams - Accessibility and 508 compliance and the Cooperative Agreement PMO. Serves as internal advisor on Cooperative Agreement and applicable Commission regulations, policies, procedures, and other Commission guidance as well as internal processes and systems related to SourceAmerica's role as a Central Nonprofit Agency and Cooperative Agreement requirements. Works collaboratively with other SourceAmerica business units/teams and external stakeholders to develop solutions to problems and/or risks related to CNA compliance matters. Provides program management support to various projects governed by the CA PMO and/or those in support of SourceAmerica's or the U.S. AbilityOne Commission's strategic plan.

There are approximately 500 NPAs in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network that provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program and approximately 36,000 AbilityOne employees are in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network.

* Due to the requirements of this position - The candidate must be based near a SourceAmerica's Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC metro area, Kennesaw, GA, Chicago, Il, Arlington, TX). SourceAmerica's employees who live within 30 commuting miles of our offices work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days in office and the balance as remote work.

Your Impact ...

As a Senior Manager, CNA Program Oversight, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following.

  • Coordinate with other SourceAmerica staff as needed to support the two functional areas
  • Support the development and maintenance process of reports, data displays/dashboards, and other deliverables
  • Apply program management office processes and tools in support of projects assigned to the PMO
  • Day-to-day monitoring & tracking of deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with established standards
  • Monitor internal and external key performance data points and metrics; make and/or implement recommendations for change
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts related to SourceAmerica's AbilityOne compliance.
  • Lead or contribute to business activities such as strategic planning, corrective action planning, risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Create process documentation and tracking mechanisms for processes as appropriate
  • Support PMO website updates; ensure documentation & supporting documents are readily available and current on SourceAmerica intranet
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and monitoring of SourceAmerica's 508 compliance function and CA PWS support/CA PMO function. Provide supervision, coaching, training, and guidance to one or more direct reports responsible for these functions.
  • Develop and participate in communications and presentations for various internal and external audiences
  • Coordinate meetings and activities.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $125,000 - $145,400 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Must Have ...

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience providing required policies/procedures on implementing Corrective Action Plans, assessing and evaluating internal controls to ensure controls effectively monitor successful performance.
  • 5+ years of management and mentoring a team.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management systems and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of 508 Accessibility requirements.
  • Working knowledge of AbilityOne Program regulations, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Bonuses ...

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Smartsheet, Dynamic View and Data Shuttle.
  • Working experience and technical knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Baldrige Performance Excellence) and process improvement methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Working knowledge of quality control standards and measurement techniques.

Other Requirements ...

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals and teams across a 400+ organization with a national footprint
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficient user experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. SourceAmerica uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its business application system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and solving problems under time pressure.

Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid and remote work environment where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek.
