Join Mimecast's rapidly growing Customer Development team, a high-velocity sales environment that focuses on managing and expanding existing accounts. We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in upselling and retaining customers. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute account and sales activity plans to meet revenue quotas.
  • Incremental Sales: Drive additional revenue by selling new technology to current customers.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Partner/Channel Development team to execute account plans.
  • Business Administration: Manage KPI reporting and CRM housekeeping.
  • Sales Methodology: Follow and implement end-to-end sales processes.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular account reviews and customer meetings.
  • Training & Development: Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
What You'll Bring:
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of corporate IT teams, their buying processes, and the corporate technology stack.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Hybrid Working Flexibility:this is a hybrid role based in our Lexington, MA office.

The US base salary range for this position is $72,000- $108,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
