Mortgage Branch Sales Mgr

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Mortgage Branch Sales Manager to join our team. This position is accountable for the execution of a disciplined sales culture, and the coaching and development of Loan Officers to be the most productive they can be.

What you'll do:

• Originate loans by managing personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans).
• Recruit Loan Officer candidates for the branch.
• Onboard new Loan Officers, including training them in the sales culture and disciplines and coaching to assist them in achieving their top potential within the company.
• Coach existing LO's to assist them in achieving their top potential within the company.
• Assist team with production and support strategies.

What you'll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• 5 years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
• Proficient in Sales
• Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate
