Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Command Center Software organization is responsible for the development, deployment, security, and operations of Government First Responder mission-critical systems. These solutions are provided in both an on-premise and as-a-service fashion. As Motorola Solutions accelerates innovation through software, the finance organization has a unique opportunity to support the growing Software organization. Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our team. This team currently operates on a hybrid schedule and will be expected to be in the office multiple times per month.

In this role you will:

  • Perform and present financial analysis and reporting including sales, costs and gross margin analysis for Command Center Business Unit

  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making process for senior management

  • Support the forecasting and consolidation process for the Command Center Software orders, revenue and gross margin

  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive accurate reporting process

  • Create and publish various month and quarter end reports

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Additional Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, analytics, computer science, or related field

  • 1+ year(s) of experience with Data & Reporting

  • Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to optimize processes

  • Exercises good judgment, flexible, and comfortable working under time constraints

  • Proficient in Google Suite especially Google Sheets and Slides

Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or computer science,

  • 1+ year(s) of experience with Data & Reporting
