Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination and technical troubleshooting of the Ultrafab H2S Skids

  • Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving customer challenges or escalating as required to additional levels of support

  • Repair and service Bruin (Texsteam style), Williams, and Milton Roy pumps

  • Troubleshoot and adjust Norriseal dump controller and valves

  • Cleaning and calibration of Envent H2S analyzer and sample system including sample lines, solenoids, and regulators

  • Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts in order to execute agreed upon customer system service plans

  • Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and new accounts

  • Possible travel within assigned sales territory up to 70%: 10-15% overnight travel may be required to support assigned customer accounts in other regions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicle

  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Physical Demands:

  • Must have the ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds chest high

  • May be required to wear SCBA or supplied air respirator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • 2+ of successful technical service or field sales support experience

  • Instrumentation and/or chemical industry experience

  • Previous oilfield experience

  • Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office and ability to learn business systems)

  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation

  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
