Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Will ensure standard operating practices are followed and conduct quality audits.
  • Coach team members on productivity, quality, and safety performance opportunities.
  • Ensure good communication and collaboration with team, leads and supervisors throughout the Operations group to promote an environment of teamwork.
  • Provide assistance with the initial and on-going operational, safety, and equipment training for team members.
  • Promote and participate with continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support supervisors by providing input about individual and team performance.
  • Monitor and continually improve warehouse inventory accuracy.
  • Manage the restock process.
  • Respond to routine requests/issues and timely escalate issues requiring the involvement of others.
  • Perform receiving, kitting and stocking of assembly line parts, when necessary.
  • Safely operate various lift equipment.
  • Document/record transactions in ERP system.
  • Accurately execute all inventory counts and computer transactions.
  • Perform shipping duties as required.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Exhibit teamwork and self - management.
  • Follow the attendance policy of the Department.
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Warehousing, Receiving or Inventory Management.
  • At least one (1) year of previous, formal supervisory experience.
  • At least one (1) year of experience operating lift equipment, including forklifts.
  • Desire to lead, develop and mentor others.
  • Must have a positive attitude and strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling, prioritizing, and delegating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to cross-train in other work centers as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to safely work for extended periods of time, mostly standing, well beyond an 8-hour workday and lift materials up to 45 pounds.
  • Work overtime, flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in Warehousing, Receiving or Inventory Management.
  • Previous leadership experience in a Warehouse/Receiving environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
  • Qualified forklift certification.
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Oracle.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

Salary Range: $23.58 to $31.88/HR
