What You'll Do:

The Vendor Management (VM) Analyst - Contract Management role is accountable for overall vendor management and oversight of vendor contracts which includes but is not limited to compliance, change order management, contract expiry, escalations, disputes and resolutions, third-party risks, and governance of performance, financial and relationship management for assigned vendors/contracts. Responsible for extracting deliverables, obligations and SLAs of assigned vendors. Monitor and validate vendor performance monthly. Work closely with Vendor Relationship Managers and ensure Vendor Governance Library is current.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Lead and perform VM Contract Management activities for identified vendors, overseeing vendor governance plans are populated, meetings and reporting cadences are followed.

  • Provide consistent, proactive VM of vendor D&Os and SLAs to ensure VM is executed and measured to manage performance of services, improve capabilities maturity, and optimize value.

  • Create effective relationships with key Vendors, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Relationship Managers for regular interaction, both written and verbal communications.

  • Extract and rank deliverables and obligations (D&Os) from assigned vendors contracts.

  • Create/update trackers for monitoring of vendor deliverables, obligations, SLAs and performance management. Ensure actions, issues and decisions trackers are current and posted as appropriate.

  • Identify, update, and provide metrics for assigned vendors to show they meet or exceed their defined service agreements, obligations, and other key performance indicators and relationship objectives such that OCC maximizes the value of its vendor contracts.

  • Validate all artifacts, trackers, and meeting minutes are populated in the Vendor Governance Library for identified vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ yrs technology, contingent labor, and professional services VM experience

  • Strong data analytics, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to identify and extract vendor deliverables and obligations from contracts and provide a tracking report

  • Ability to identify SLAs/KPIs, read and validate data to report performance management

  • Ability to use SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Contract Lifecycle Management and Vendor Governance tools

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, necessary for collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Vendor Governance tools such as Sirion, ERP tools such as Oracle Fusion, Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba or Coupa

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Supply Chain Management preferred

Certificates or Licenses:

Certification in procurement or supplier management such as CPSM, CPM, or CPSD is a plus.

Compensation

  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
  • In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
  • We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
  • All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Salary Range

$74,600.00 - $95,800.00

Incentive Range

6% to 10%

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
