What You'll Do: The Vendor Management (VM) Analyst - Contract Management role is accountable for overall vendor management and oversight of vendor contracts which includes but is not limited to compliance, change order management, contract expiry, escalations, disputes and resolutions, third-party risks, and governance of performance, financial and relationship management for assigned vendors/contracts. Responsible for extracting deliverables, obligations and SLAs of assigned vendors. Monitor and validate vendor performance monthly. Work closely with Vendor Relationship Managers and ensure Vendor Governance Library is current. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Vendor Governance tools such as Sirion, ERP tools such as Oracle Fusion, Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba or Coupa Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Supply Chain Management preferred Certificates or Licenses: Certification in procurement or supplier management such as CPSM, CPM, or CPSD is a plus. Salary Range $74,600.00 - $95,800.00Incentive Range 6% to 10%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
