*Description*
Key Responsibilities * 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce environments. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user management. * Ability to elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user feedback. * Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring key deliverables are met. * Strong sense of ownership and ability to self-direct workload based on urgency and impact. * Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or conflicts in timeline * Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including business process workflows, data flow diagrams, and solution architecture. * Ensure proper documentation of configuration changes, release notes, and system enhancements. * Adhere to university policies, industry best practices, and compliance standards for Salesforce administration. * Ensure data quality, perform deduplication, and oversee data migrations. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making. * Effective communicator, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical users. * Comfortable presenting solutions and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. * Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset. * Thrives in both independent and collaborative work settings. * Willingness to mentor junior admins and share best practices. * A positive, adaptable, and resourceful team *Skills* Salesforce, Administration, Telephony, Call Center Management, business analysis, erpss, software development, coding, SDLC, Higher Education *Top Skills Details* Salesforce,Administration,Telephony,Call Center Management,business analysis,erpss *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred * Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications. * Experience in higher education or recruitment-related Salesforce environments. * Familiarity with third-party Salesforce integrations and tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Tableau, etc.). * Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, or Lightning components is a plus but not required. Required * 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce environments. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, reports/dashboards, and user management. * Capable of designing and implementing a data schema including considerations to relationship types, data storage, functionality, and reporting. * Experience working with data management, integrations, deduplication, and security settings. * Demonstrated competency in eliciting requirements, solution design, and implementation. * Ability to analyze business processes and implement improvements within Salesforce. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
