Strong customer service orientation and daily collaboration with external vendors are key. * Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Deep understanding of workplace technologies. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor help desk and project teams * Manage IT projects from planning through execution * Handle escalated issues and ensure resolution * Maintain disaster recovery and incident response protocols * Develop troubleshooting procedures and documentation * Oversee third-party vendor relationships Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
