Description 1. Take ownership of assigned operational function and ensure all related work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Process member transactions including check deposits, wire transfers, and ACH transactions. 3. Monitor assigned exception reports and process corrections and adjustments as necessary. 4. Review and evaluate check held in Deposit Anywhere portal. Understand key fraud indicators to protect our members and the credit form losses. 5. Identify inefficiencies that could be eliminated in your daily work and suggest improvements to managers. 6. Perform trouble shooting and research for operations. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Skills & Qualifications * 2 years of administrative or data entry experience Banking experience / Be able to identify what a check looks like Strong Computer skills and typing Hs diploma Plus: Symitar system (will train on) SOFT SKILLS -Good communication - speak up if you don't know something -Multi-task -Organization and prioritization skills -Professional written and verbal communication -Follow through and execution - Follow and adhere to set SLAs and procedures - Following regulations - Paying attention to details - Strategize and think outside of the box Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
