Job Summary As a Software Quality Engineer at FedEx, you will serve as a key technical leader in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of software testing methods and quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of both UI-centric applications and back-end services through a mix of automated and manual testing strategies. This role plays a critical part in enhancing test coverage, maintaining testing infrastructure, and collaborating across teams to ensure timely, high-quality software delivery. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) equivalent work experience in computer support or information technology environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities General knowledge of hardware, software, and network. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
