Senior Campaign Planner SafeSend is seeking a Senior Campaign Planner with deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) to drive retention-focused marketing strategies.This person will project manage retention-focused lifecycle nurture campaigns designed to increase engagement, product usage, and upgrade opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll own campaign strategy, manage timelines and execution, and collaborate with teammates across marketing, revenue operations and customer success. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and analytical, a strong cross-functional collaborator, and skilled at leading multi-channel campaign planning. About the Role In this opportunity as a Senior Campaign Planner you will:
- Build and execute customer lifecycle nurture campaigns for key segments, including small and mid-sized firms (SMB).
- Lead SafeSend's customer expansion marketing program, managing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive product adoption and upgrades.
- Own budget and performance for customer retention campaigns.
- Coordinate with the product marketing, content, and customer success to align lifecycle messaging with client needs and timing.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and customer success to ensure campaign triggers are aligned and support broader business goals.
- Work with revenue operations to define and track KPIs for retention and expansion campaigns.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and create digital campaigns to improve conversions, engagement, and upgrades.
- Assist marketing team with daily tasks and play a key supporting role in a variety of projects.
About You You're a fit for the role of Senior Campaign Planner if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, with specific experience in lifecycle or customer marketing
- Experience building nurture programs across multiple segments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Ability to contribute to global, regional, or segment-level marketing strategies while applying strong planning and execution discipline
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign results and iterating for improvement
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work across teams
- Maintain flexibility and positive attitude during organizational changes and process evolution
- Ability to quickly pivot strategies based on new requirements and work with a growth mindset

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
