Snowflake Postgres will give developers the full power and flexibility of open source Postgres while providing the uncompromising governance, security and operational standards that enterprises require, all within Snowflake's powerful platform. This will allow companies to speed up AI development and simplify data management with a secure, compliant database solution ready for enterprises across industries, including Fortune 500 financial institutions, high-scale SaaS companies and federal agencies.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team including engineers, data scientists, marketers, and sales professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER FOR SNOWFLAKE POSTGRES, YOU WILL:
  • Take full ownership of end to end business outcomes for Snowflake Postgres

  • Discover and synthesize unmet & unarticulated needs and communicate them via clear product requirements and specifications to the rest of the team

  • Develop clear product strategy and vision with deep understanding of markets, competition, differentiation, customers segmentation and strategic choices

  • Develop GTM strategy in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing

  • Develop product roadmap and execute on it in close collaboration with Eng and GTM

  • Engage with senior engineers on deep technical topics as well as guide junior engineers

OUR IDEAL PRODUCT LEADER WILL HAVE:
  • Demonstrated drive to ship complex products in close collaboration across functions

  • Demonstrated track record of building successful products and businesses.

  • Deep technical ability to navigate Snowflake products

  • Strong understanding of OLTP market. Postgres internals knowledge is ideal.

  • Excellent communication skills

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $195,000 - $287,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
