The SLQM handles quality actions for a Propulsion Family Program on Serial Life in order to ensure Quality product/system targets achievements. For that, the SLQM is expected, to carry out below activities, to apply relevant existing procedures and to lead/attend dedicated rituals:



  • Build and drive the quality convergence plan to achieve the objectives defined by the quality contracting authority (CX).
  • Make a projection of quality results of his field of activity. Breakdown indicators, warranty claims (3MIS - 12 MIS & 24 MIS), warranty costs (24 MIS & 60 MIS) and other CX kpi (TOP Q; STD Design)
  • Mobilize all stakeholders for all field issues in coordination with Quality Plant Managers, Supplier Quality and Control Tower and manage escalation process to ensure efficient and fast responsiveness for quality issues.
  • Manage treatment of the portfolio of Engineering Quality issues (QIT), insure the records in GIM / PLM
  • Support the Issue Engineering pilot with all quality data, methodologies (problem solving), reports (one pager).
  • Ensure that production non-conformities are handled by the factory quality services.
  • Identify potential service campaigns, elevate to CX Field action organization for instruction and decision
  • Represent PRS towards CX, MFG, Aftersales during the CUQ / Crisis Cell.
  • Make a projection of quality results of his field of activity. Breakdown indicators, warranty claims (3MIS - 12 MIS & 24 MIS), warranty costs (24 MIS & 60 MIS) and other CX kpi
  • Provide support for the quality synthesis needed for warranty tables, FEW (PQM leading)
  • Establish with Safety expert the Risk Assessment in case of "Safety Alert Sheet".
  • Ensure that Lesson Learned elements from serial life quality are taken into account by projects under development.



Main Activities:

The SLQM endeavors has direct impacts on the performance of the quality objectives (failure rate, guaranteed cost, warranty failures, NCBS survey, etc.) with rapidly visible consequences for Stellantis and its partners (CX/CEFQ CX/region, GPSC/SQ, Plants Quality, ENG/ Cross Car Line Project Engineering).
As part of PRS product quality target in mass production on worldwide perimeter, the SLQM is the prime contractor for quality-related topics in order to meet and exceed customer expectations. For that, the SLQM is expected to apply relevant existing procedures and leads/attends dedicated rituals.

Function Environment:

The quality objectives are defined on a multi-year cycle (5 years). The quality convergence plan is built to meet these objectives. It is reinforced by the reactivity process whose objective is to circumscribe incidents as soon as possible by curative handling. All product quality and process changes are staked through the Project Change Management Process. Towards partners, the SLQM is the entry point for quality topics and commits Stellantis works to meet their expectations.

Results to Produce:



  • Ensure the achievement of quality objectives of CX for PRS.
  • Propose technical solutions to be applied in mass production and by Aftersales division for the handling customer field quality questions.
  • Decide the settlement of a customer field quality question.
  • Propose customer modernization scenarios
  • Represent PRS towards CX, MFG, Aftersales during the CUQ / Crisis Cell.

  • Problem solving skills, quality process, product design (system, architecture), industrial skills, project work, cooperation context control



Behavioral and / or managerial skills:



  • Ability to convince, communicate, manage the handling of quality issues
  • Ability to analyze risks and their consequences
  • Ability to mobilize and lead transversal teams
  • Autonomy and flexibility to learn new tooling's and procedure

Basic Qualifications



  • Master's degree with experience on Quality, Mechanical, Electrical fields
  • Demonstrated 1+ year of experience in Quality Management, product design (system, architecture), industrialization, or project work
  • Problem solving skills and quality process knowledge: ability to manage the handling of quality issues, analyze risks and their consequences
  • Ability to progress in a cooperation context, able to convince and communicate
  • Ability to mobilize and lead transversal teams
  • Autonomy and flexibility to learn new tools and procedure



Preferred Qualifications



  • Demonstrated 3+ year of experience in Quality Management, product design (system, architecture), industrialization, or project work
  • DFSS Green belt or higher
  • Execution of Problem-solving techniques (RedX, 6 sigma, etc.)
