Job Summary Process and schedule all receipts of raw materials in SAP and generate corresponding documentation and labels.- Place requisitions for multiple departments within IFF South Brunswick for assorted supplies based on need and/or stock level followed by receipt and distribution. - Process SAP notifications for damaged goods and/or delivery nonconformance's and processing the returns to the Supplier. - Assisting in the investigation of inventory discrepancies and processing the necessary SAP adjustments. Receive all raw materials, finished goods, MRO's and MBR's into the SAP system. Process SAP notifications for delivery nonconformance's. Analyze, adjust inventory discrepancies and process various inventory movements. Required Skills: - Person must be able to process a large volume of transactions in SAP accurately and in a timely manner. - Ability to coordinate and communicate to multiple departments within IFF and external suppliers in a detailed and professional manner - Must be able to multi- task andbe extremely flexible regarding changing priorities We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
