Operating Room Assistant Fulltime- Evening Shift 40 hours 3p- 11:30p This position is an entry level position, certain trainings will be done. SUMMARY Responsible for providing a clean and germ-free environment for the surgical patients and for assuring safe transportation for the patient to and from the operating room. Provides assistance to the professional staff in meeting patient needs in a safe and timely manner. JOB REQUIREMENTS A. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Work requires a high school level of educational development. 2. Bi-annual CPR certification required. 3. Work requires the skills to read and understand instructions, add and subtract numbers, and make comparisons between numbers and letters. 4. Work requires the ability to understand and respond to simple written or verbal instructions. Incumbents must respond appropriately to instructions, questions, or requests for information. Work occasionally requires contact with patients and/or visitors, which requires courtesy. 5. Work requires knowledge of use/need for pre equipment. What awaits you!
Salary Range: Minimum $20.98/hour - Maximum $0.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
