About the Position & Team: The Field Readiness Global Delivery team is a high-performing group dedicated to driving the business forward. We own enablement programs end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered successfully and adopted by the business. We tackle the most pressing issues and play a hands-on role in the success of our fast-paced business unit. As a Program Success Manager, you are accountable for the ongoing success of numerous training programs delivered to the field. Leveraging your partnerships and collaboration with business stakeholders, you will ensure these programs are continuously updated to meet the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, including managing within a matrixed organization, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in both enablement and program management. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align cross-functionally and globally through collaboration, partnership, and influence over authority are essential. Main Responsibilities
