What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a strategic problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of analysis, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Our team plays a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness by leading high-impact initiatives, optimizing business processes, and supporting key decision-making across the company. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape operational strategy, and deliver measurable results that directly contribute to our long-term success.

What You Will Do:



  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives: Develop work plans, synthesize data, conduct analyses, and present recommendations to executive leadership to advance organizational goals.
  • Optimize business processes: Continuously identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities: proactively uncover and pursue potential commercial partnership opportunities, including engaging and collaborating with sales and client success teams to convert qualified leads.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Oversee all aspects of people leadership, performance management, and team engagement.
  • Drive product adoption to support business transformation: Lead initiatives and execute timely tactical plans to accelerate adoption of new products.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate coordination across teams -including operations, finance, product, and technology-to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Leverage data-driven decision making: Conduct business intelligence activities to generate actionable insights that support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee projects and change management: Lead high-impact initiatives, oversee operational reviews, manage communications, and support smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish metrics and use data insights to assess and improve the performance of key initiatives.
  • Support additional initiatives as needed: Take on special projects and responsibilities to meet evolving business needs.



What You Need to Succeed:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution is required; however, equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 6 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or business management, preferably within the healthcare, health IT, or risk adjustment industry and prior experience leading a team
  • Strong background in finance or business analysis, with demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and link insights to operational decisions.
  • Experience with record retrieval processes and/or healthcare operations is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, including synthesizing complex data into actionable insights to support KPIs and strategic initiatives.
  • Track record as a change champion, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and successful execution of process or organizational changes.
  • Proficient in project and change management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative management style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside of standard business hours as needed, and travel up to 15%.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$145,000 $167,400 USD
