Job Description Summary

This is a remarkable opportunity to be part of a company that values collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement! This role will be on 3rd shift.

Job Description

  • Environmental/Safety Requirements.
  • Assist and train operators to understand and follow control plans.
  • Assist and train operators to make sure process checks are completed properly and correctly.
  • Properly identify non-conforming material, notify appropriate personnel and initiate corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure that all necessary gages are in place, calibrated and available at each machine in the assigned cell. Ensure that gaging is properly calibrated.
  • Perform process audits on product running.
  • Understand assigned cells process flows to be able to verify the proper completion of all paperwork prior to the product being moved to the next operation.
  • Perform final audits as required per control plan.
  • Review quality issues and disposition as necessary.
  • Interact with quality, engineering, team leaders and supervision.
  • Communicate and report all issue to the appropriate personnel.
  • Help with 7S
  • WI location and understanding.
  • Other duties as assigned.
