Great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment! Supporting both the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Credit Officer (CCO), this administrative professional facilitates communication and serves as a liaison between executive officers, Bank personnel, customers, and community representatives. Prepares correspondence, conducts research, provides customer service, directs calls, and works independently with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Location: Washington Trust Bank Main Office, 717 W Sprague Avenue, Spokane WA, 99201 Essential Functions:
- Provides high-level administrative support to the CFO and CCO.
- Serves as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Works within an environment that requires a high level of confidentiality while exercising independent judgment and trust.
- Manages and/or coordinates special projects as requested.
- Coordinates schedules, meeting agendas and materials, and identifies managers' needs.
- Coordinates team schedules as well as manages resource calendars for other resources, as needed.
- Makes travel and accommodation arrangements with consideration of schedules, expenses, and efficiency.
- Conducts research and analysis, using independent judgement when necessary, creates reports, prepares meeting plans and schedules, and provides disclosure to managers.
- Serves as a resource for bank personnel and community representatives, coordinates meetings, receives and responds to telephone inquiries, composes correspondence and memorandums.
- Multi-tasks, sets priorities, keeps others on task, handles difficult and stressful situations, maintains composure and professionalism while shifting responsibilities and making sound, independent decisions.
- Disseminate information and schedules to team as necessary to assure effective coordination of department functions.
- Maintains records and generates reports; utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software as required.
- Regular, reliable attendance is required.
- Perform compliance and risk management duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires progressively responsible administrative professional work experience providing support to a senior level manager.
- Extensive secretarial, organizational, prioritization and communication skills to perform efficiently at a fast-paced, executive level.
- Strong technical skills; proven professional experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Cisco conferencing devices, and PC-based HR applications.
- Strong emphasis on ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues and exercise independent judgment and trust.
- High level of attention to detail; ability to produce accurate and timely work.
- Proficiency in conducting research, analysis, and assumptions, preparing reports, and correspondence.
- Proficiency in project management and event planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain excellent relationships with management, staff, and team members.
- Ability to remain flexible and cooperative in an environment of shifting priorities and varying responsibilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: $56,932 - $85,398 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
