Solvita recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nation's largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients. We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to support the development and administration of competitive pay programs through market analysis, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance. This role partners closely with HR and the Compensation/Benefits Manager to ensure internal equity, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making for compensation-related processes.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in compensation or a related HR role.
  • Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of compensation principles and job evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with federal and state pay regulations (e.g., FLSA).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
