Position Summary:

Our Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and monitoring engineering work for complex semiconductor technology development programs. The technical program manager reports actions, plans, and progress to the Program Director and works closely with technical leads and other Program Managers. The TPM provides technical interface to customer representatives on key initiatives, technical progress, and constraint management.

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the successful technical and schedule performance of a major program, or multiple programs in accordance with customer requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide focused cycle time improvement analysis and management for engineering driven process development lot fabrication.
  • Monitor and report on status of multiple semiconductor development lots
  • Communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders on the status of development and process improvement efforts.
  • Identify and manage technical risk and mitigation plans.
  • Generate and deliver monthly reports in the format required by the contract.
  • Work with fab operations team members to implement fabrication process execution, pace, and control, as well as enhanced tracking tools.
  • Track program/project against its schedule and technical risk reduction.
  • Support proposal efforts.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes.
  • Minimum 5 years Engineering or other relevant experience in a technical role.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Extensive experience in organizing tasks and resources to track execution and streamline reporting.
  • Project Management skills.
  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Current active security clearance.


  • Project management experience and/or defined training

The annual salary range for this role is $129,040 - $193,560. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
