Grounds Maintenance Technician Provides general building and grounds maintenance services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Responsible for regular maintenance of facilities which includes basic electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
  • Ability to give attention to detail
  • Performs maintenance on grounds, exterior lighting, parking lots, trash detail at locations, wash rack repair, and sign repair.
  • Performs small construction projects i.e. painting, drywall patching, floor tile, replacement, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting replacement.
  • Ability to work with or without supervision
  • Assists Ranch Manager with special projects and duties
  • Performs any special projects assigned by Ranch Manager.
  • Assist in checking for and reporting any maintenance problems in guest rooms
  • Greet and work around guest of the ranch.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Desire to perform tasks and assignments safely, efficiently, and at a high quality.
  • Ability to follow simple instructions in various forms (written, verbal, diagram).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, peers, and customers.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

Required travel up to 10%.
