  • Estimated annual base pay: $104,880.00 (minimum) - $131,100.00 (midpoint) - $157,320.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an IT Manufacturing Information Systems Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The IT Analyst for our Manufacturing Information Systems plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions across a global enterprise. This position is responsible for gathering requirements, designing and testing solutions, and supporting user adoption through training and documentation. Working with technologies such as SAP ERP, IOT, Ignition, Litmus, and Unified Namespace (UNS), the analyst ensures seamless integration and alignment with enterprise-wide processes. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with global teams and a focus on scalable, standardized solutions that support operational efficiency and innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with global process owners and power users to gather business requirements, define priorities, and align solution design for the global operations portal.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple sites to implement business system enhancements and drive adoption of common processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, user onboarding, and knowledge transfer to support successful deployment of new features and technologies.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing systems or integration of third-party solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide standards.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting process improvements and IT system adoption across global teams.
  • Review and validate system specifications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies (e.g., SAP ERP, IOT, Ignition, Litmus, Unified Namespace) and assess their applicability to business needs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Information Technology related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience working with production-related functional systems.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, design solutions, and perform system testing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process and system changes within established operational environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in global or multi-site project settings.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, IOT, Ignition, Litmus, or Unified Namespace (UNS) technologies is highly beneficial.
  • MES or related experience is a plus.
  • Ability to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions while maintaining alignment with enterprise-wide standards.
