Student Success and Well-Being - Career Services Career Services provides comprehensive career services and programs to assist a diverse student population in developing and implementing career, education, and employment plans through collaborative internal partnerships with UCF administrators, faculty and staff, as well as effective external partnerships with key employers. This position/classification may be moved at management's discretion within the SSWB division to a commensurate level position as determined by the Vice President of Student Success and Well Being or his/her designee. The Opportunity: The UCF Student Success and Well-Being Career Services Department is currently accepting applications for a Career Services Coordinator. This role is responsible for enhancing student career development and strengthening employer relations through a variety of programs and services. This position supports key aspects of Career Services operations, with a primary focus on event coordination, employer engagement, marketing, and liaison support. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of high-impact programs such as career fairs, employer events, and campus partnerships. The coordinator also plays a vital role in managing Handshake, maintaining communications, and promoting Career Services through strategic marketing efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information Preferred Qualifications:
