Job Description

Assist in the design and continued development of large-scale mixed-use masterplans. Provide services typical of an entry level Architect/Urban designer, such as the initiation and strategic conceptualization of design proposals, presentation materials, and the definition of systems, technologies, methods and materials. Assist in the preparation of 2D and 3D plans and massing studies, infrastructure strategies, data reports and design standards for internal review. Work under the supervision of a licensed Architect while pursuing professional licensure in Architecture.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Architecture in Urban Design degree.
  • Other experience and skills must include:

    • Modeling software, including Rhino, Sketchup, Grasshopper, Revit, or AutoCAD;
    • Visualization software, including Enscape, Lumion, or 3DS Max/VRay; and
    • Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.


  • May work remotely up to two (2) days per week.
  • Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Annual Salary: $76,500 - $86,000
