Position Summary
The Specialty Services Scheduler (SSS) manages the Specialty Service Technicians' calendars to provide an excellent Customer experience. The SSS will work with Customers to identify the availability for the services to be performed. They will also determine technicians' availability and assign schedules accordingly. A scheduler will interact with the Customer directly to address any emergency concerns or changes in schedules that arise. The SSS will also handle incoming and outgoing phone calls daily while managing reporting. This position is a hybrid schedule - the team meets in the office in Mentor OH on Wednesday and Thursday.
