Social Media Intern - Rare Cancer Community
Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

Learn more: rarecancerprogram.com We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Intern to help grow our online presence, engage the rare cancer community, and highlight the exciting research and outreach activities of the TRACER program. This is an ideal opportunity for students interested in sciences, communications, public health, digital media, or nonprofit outreach. This is a remote position that requires candidates to attend in person events. Responsibilities Job Duties:
Conduct background research on various rare cancers, including incidences, molecular markers, survival, etc

The hourly pay range for this position is from $20.76 to $29.54 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees access to a retirement savings plan, an employee assistance program, paid sick leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked), and prorated paid holidays (up to 13 days per year).
