Job Description



This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.

This position manages the teams responsible for new plan installation and support of the sales team as well as the team responsible for plan terminations. This role develops processes which support the field in meeting sales objectives. Additionally, this role will hire, evaluate, develop, and lead associates to meet the division objectives across locations.

What you do



  • Lead implementation team to provide new plan installation through collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Lead deconversion team to provide service for plans that are terminating.
  • Design & implement processes and controls, in collaboration with internal management
  • Build a cross-trained, high performing team through coaching and performance management of associates across locations
  • Prepare and evaluate budget for team including quality control requirements
  • Identify and resolve problems for both internal & external parties, serving as liaison with internal teams regarding plan sales and installation
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control measures to ensure work is compliant with all regulations
  • Evaluate and recommend system and reporting needs; collaborate with IT or external vendors on maintenance, testing, and performance of software/databases
  • Develop partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business initiatives



What you bring



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or finance required
  • 4-7 years' experience in the administration of retirement plans is required
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience required
  • Omni FIS and/or Salesforce experience preferred

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
