Description
As the Maintenance Intern for the RISE Group, Inc., you will be responsible for assisting with the building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.); Perform general cleaning. Perform other tasks as assigned. The position will be part time, seasonal, Monday- Friday with work hours ranging from 6:00AM - 3:00PM, with some on-call hours required as needed. This position is seasonal and has no benefits. Our facility is headquartered in Cranston, RI and sits on 16 acres of land with 9 areas of commercial building space. Commercial area includes general office space, laboratory space, and warehouse areas. Additional office locations are located throughout MA, NY, OH, TX. Occasional travel is required to our MA office locations per maintenance projects, as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
