As a co-op participant, you'll fully integrate into our team, facing real-world challenges and gaining valuable industry insights over 4-5 months. Our goal is to provide you with the resources for growth and create a meaningful experience that benefits both you and our organization. Which tasks will you perform?
- Integrate fully into our team, contributing to projects that drive personal and professional growth.
- Engage in full-time assignments across various IT roles, gaining hands-on experience.
- Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights into engineering and business practices.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking.
- Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
- IT Co-ops will support our IT department and Business Systems Analyst team.
What do we expect from you? You will be (required):
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, Computer Science or related field
