What is the role about?

As a co-op participant, you'll fully integrate into our team, facing real-world challenges and gaining valuable industry insights over 4-5 months. Our goal is to provide you with the resources for growth and create a meaningful experience that benefits both you and our organization.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Integrate fully into our team, contributing to projects that drive personal and professional growth.
• Engage in full-time assignments across various IT roles, gaining hands-on experience.
• Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights into engineering and business practices.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking.
• Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
• IT Co-ops will support our IT department and Business Systems Analyst team.

What do we expect from you?

You will be (required):

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, Computer Science or related field

• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges
• Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership
