Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000

Job Summary: The Retail Activation Manager will serve as one of the primary contacts for Tempur Sealy's Sales Team, enabling the successful execution of the Retail Marketing vision and strategies. This role is responsible for developing and capturing scalable best practices that elevate our brands at retail, increase retailer advocacy and deliver savings over time.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Point of Purchase Materials Deployment
• Manage print projects supporting national promotions, price cards and other items as assigned.
• Deploy materials supporting new product launches, new retailer launches and maintenance of point of purchase materials in retailer stores.
  
  
  
  • Assist with item setup in POP Shop
  • Approve orders requiring administrative review -- manage batting order during launches
  • Support Sales team regarding POP questions and requests
  
  
  
  
• Analyze usage of POP materials to support inventory replenishment planning, launch planning and execution, national consumer promotion deployment
  
  
  
  • Provide input to department financial forecast
  • Recommend replenishment plan for inventory items to prevent/resolve shortages
  
  
  
  
• Work with vendors who produce and fulfill POP and agency partners to prevent and solve problems.
• Participate in periodic business reviews with POP vendors and other business partners.
• Sales & Customer Marketing Team Support
• Answer emails to Retail Marketing mailbox -- resolve issues, answer questions or direct to appropriate contact.
• Analytical reporting on costs, Toolbox asset and POP item performance and other KPIs
  
  
  
  • Toolbox download reports -- promotions & campaigns
  • POP usage and costs vs. forecast/budget
  • National Promotion kit tracking
  • Inventory obsolescence review
  • Assist team with basic audits of assets on the Toolbox before and after a promotion or campaign.
  
  
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Ability to navigate complex and continually evolving organizational environments
• Strong Excel skills -- including formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups and formatting
• Able to travel to Sales/Marketing team events or agency meetings (5%-10%)
