Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Team Lead to join the team at The Occasions Group in North Mankato, MN! This position will oversee, monitor, and coordinate activities for production teams responsible for material handling, assembly, and equipment operation. Your Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operations Communicate team goals and adjust goals to align with overall company directives Acts as a liaison between production and other areas Research, provide solutions and communicate with supervisor and employees on escalated customer issues, employee questions, etc. Contribute to an atmosphere of team work and cooperation to maintain an effective working environment as well as ensure continuity of service to employees Provide back-up coverage for Supervisor and/or other Department positions as needed Your Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday You Must Have: Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing Must possess solid computer application skills Attention to detail at a very high level Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Must be self-motivated to take the initiative to get the job done Ability to work independently and in a team environment Positive attitude, enjoys challenges, team oriented, and well developed problem-solving skill 2+ years of prior production experience Requirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. Regularly required to remain in a stationary position. Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials. Frequently required to move inside the facility. Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). We Would Also Prefer: High school diploma or equivalent The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
