Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Team Lead to join the team at Navitor Specialty Products in North Mankato, MN! This person will be a hands-on leader, motivating their team in a fast-paced production environment.

Your Responsibilities:
* Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operations
* Communicate team goals to align with overall company directives
* Acts as a liaison between production and other areas

* Research, provide solutions and communicate with Supervisor and employee on escalated customer issues, employee questions, etc.

* Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation to maintain an effective working environment as well as ensure continuity of service to employees

* Provide back-up coverage for Supervisor and/or other Department positions as needed

Your Shift:

* 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 12:00am. Friday, 2:30pm - 6:30pm

You Must Have:
* Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Must possess solid computer application skills
* Attention to detail at a very high level
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

* Must be self-motivated to take the initiative to get the job done

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Positive attitude, enjoys challenges, team oriented, and well-developed problem-solving skills

We Would Also Prefer:
* 1+ years of leadership experience in the print production environment.
* High school education or equivalent

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
