Sensory Assistant

Advantage xPO is hiring a Sensory Assistant to support research studies with a leading consumer goods company in Neenah, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in the preparation and execution of sensory studies that shape future products.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule: 20hrs a week; Part-time, first shift (set schedule provided upon offer)

What You'll Do:

You'll support multiple departments and wear several hats-from preparing study materials to welcoming study participants and entering data. You'll be a key part of the research process and contribute to successful study execution.

Study Prep Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package materials for upcoming sensory studies
• Organize rooms and supplies needed for study execution
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Greet and check in study participants
• Guide participants through study procedures
• Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of reception and testing areas, including toys and counters
• Assist study coordinators with scheduling, documentation, and sample prep
• Provide occasional coverage in consumer-facing areas like the Discovery Zone
• Prepare printed materials, copies, and basic data tracking

Who We're Looking For:

• Associate degree or 2+ years of office or lab support experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with data collection or research support is a plus
