Analyst I, Quality Control Operations

Onsite in Norton, MA (with occasional travel to Cambridge, MA)

Schedule: Friday-Monday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4x10)

Are you a recent grad passionate about making an impact in life sciences? Join our Quality Control Operations team as an Analyst I, where you'll help ensure the safety, efficacy, and consistency of breakthrough therapies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a GMP-regulated lab environment alongside an experienced team committed to innovation and continuous improvement.


What You'll Do:


  • Perform analytical assays for raw materials, in-process samples, product release, and stability testing - all under guidance and with precision.



  • Maintain clear and compliant lab records in accordance with GxP standards.



  • Support routine lab operations: reagent prep, equipment maintenance, and inventory tracking.



  • Contribute to document updates (SOPs, test methods, etc.) and help keep quality systems current.



  • Ensure work aligns with regulatory expectations (GMP, GLP, ICH) and internal quality standards.



  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, operations, and development teams to meet project timelines.



  • Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to drive lab efficiency and performance.



  • Engage in ongoing training to build a solid foundation in quality control and regulatory compliance.




What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.



  • 0-2 years of experience in a GMP/GLP setting - internship or co-op experience counts!



  • Solid understanding of basic lab techniques and analytical testing principles.



  • A sharp eye for detail, strong documentation habits, and a commitment to quality.



  • Familiarity with industry regulations (GMP, GLP, ICH) is a plus.



  • A team player who's adaptable, collaborative, and ready to learn.
