POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Project Coordinator (USA-Remote) to join our team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of customer onboarding projects, from initial kickoff through project closure.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $26 - $29 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



  • Coordinate customer onboarding projects from kick-off through completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and payments
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with customers, providing updates and responding to inquiries within 24 business hours
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained across systems such as Pm tool, ERP, and internal trackers, including issue codes and error costs
  • Manage customer and installer invoicing processes, including reconciliation, and escalate overdue collections to the Credit Department



WHAT WE REQUIRE



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, including 2 years in project management/coordination


  • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and possess developed time management skills
  • Occasional travel within the US



WHAT WE PREFER



  • College degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven experience in event coordination or project management.


  • Hospitality experience specifically in the hotel industry


  • Experience in collections
